Summertime Grilling - Classic Herb Steaks

Summertime in Alaska...fire up those grills! Alaska Dinner Factory is proud to continue our summertime grilling assortment. You will get six steaks from Mr. Prime Beef that will be coated in a Classic Herb Rub and ready for your grill. Also included is a vegetable side. It will be packaged in a plastic bag.

Pasta Primavera

This is a very light pasta dish that is loaded with veggies like broccoli, carrots, onions, bell pepper strips, and mushrooms. You can add the chicken to it that we provide if you like, but its also great as a vegetarian dish. You will mix the veggies and pasta with a light wine and oil dressing and toss it with shredded Parmesan cheese. It is just a simple, satisfying meal. It will be packaged in a plastic bag.

Mango-Lime Glazed Shrimp Kabobs

Yet another opportunity for a lovely appetizer, or turn our shrimp skewers into a light dinner by serving them with the sweet rice we include. These shrimp will be swimming in our sassy mango-lime glaze and are a snap to skewer and grill. They will be packaged in a plastic bag.

Tuscan Blue Cheese Stuffed Burgers

A tailgaters treat! Hamburgers on the classy-side. These burgers are mixed up with Parmesan cheese, sun dried tomatoes, onion, and seasonings and are stuffed with your choice of blue cheese or mozzarella cheese. A burger that is exploding with flavor and cheese. Wow your buddies with these at your next barbecue! They include buns and will be packaged in a 9x13 pan.

Toasted Turkey and Swiss Focaccia

Our focaccia sandwiches are back! This one is made up with turkey, bacon, and Swiss cheese on focaccia bread that we get from Europa Bakery! It's great on the grill or in the oven. It will be packaged in foil.

Beef & Artichokes with Wagon Wheel Pasta

This is a fun dish with wagon wheel pasta, beef strips, artichokes, mushrooms, and green peppers. Add your own side salad for a great summer meal. It will be packaged in a plastic bag.

Chicken - Black Bean and Veggie Wraps
