Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya

Ai-chi-wa-wa - we loved this one! It includes chicken & reindeer sausage from Alaska Sausage & Seafoods along with tomatoes, rice, onion, celery, green peppers, & spices. It will be packaged in a plastic bag. - Gluten Free.

Cooking Instructions:

Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya

Thaw package in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Place the contents of the bag in a large pot. Stir in 2 cups of water (1 cup for small). Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with your favorite bakery bread.
