Chicken Dijon

A zippy sauce made up of mushrooms, Dijon honey mustard, and white wine drench six boneless skinless chicken breasts. After spending the day in your slow cooker, they are all ready to go. It will includes a pasta and be packaged in a plastic bag. - AlaskaFit approved meal.

Cooking Instructions:

Chicken Dijon

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Place the contents of the chicken package in your slow cooker. Add ½ cup water to your empty bag (1/4 cup for smalls). Swoosh the water around inside the bag to capture remaining spices, and then add the water to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on a low-heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on a high-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours until the chicken is 165 degrees using your meat thermometer. Meanwhile, cook the pasta as directed. Serve with the chicken.

Serve with any steamed vegetable.
