Swiss Steak

A traditional family favorite. Tender beef steaks simmer in your slow cooker with green peppers, onions, and celery for a complete meal in one dish that comes with pasta. It will be packaged in a plastic bag. - Gluten Free with substitutions.

Cooking Instructions:

Swiss Steak

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Place the mixture in a slow cooker. Stir in 2 cups of water (1 cup for small). Cover and cook on a low-heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on a high-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours or until the beef is tender. Cook the pasta as directed and serve together. Pasta Bring a saucepan of 3 cups of water (6 cups for 2 bags) and 1/4 teaspoon salt to boil. Reduce heat, add pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes. Drain and serve.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve on hot cooked rice, mashed potatoes, or cooked pasta.
