Summertime Grilling - Margarita Chicken
Summertime in Alaska...fire up those grills! Alaska Dinner Factory is proud to continue our summertime grilling assortment. You will get six boneless, skinless chicken breasts that will marinate in their own little cocktail of garlic and spices and be ready for your grill. Also included is a vegetable side. It will be packaged in a plastic bag. - Gluten Free.
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Heat the grill to medium. Remove the chicken from the bag and place them directly on your grill. Grill each side 12-15 minutes, until they read 165 degrees with your meat thermometer, while brushing the glaze on the chicken during the grilling. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, boil 1/2 cups of water (1/4 for splits). Add the contents of the vegetable package. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 7 minutes.
Serve with your favorite pasta salad.
