Polynesian Pineapple Burgers
A new twist on hamburgers! These burgers are mixed with teriyaki sauce and pineapple juice to make them an island treat! They include buns and pineapple slices to grill along side the burgers. They will be packaged in a 9x13 pan.
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Preheat the grill for indirect cooking. Grill the hamburgers over a medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until the burgers read 160 degrees using your meat thermometer. Grill the pineapple slices for 2 minutes on each side.
Serve them topped with fresh tomato slices and lettuce.
