Smoky BBQ Pork Chops

This meal comes with six pork chops that you will drench in a smoky homemade sauce that you make in our kitchen. These versatile little chops can be cooked in the slow cooker or be another great option for summer grilling! They will be packaged in a plastic bag. - Gluten Free.

Cooking Instructions:

Smoky BBQ Pork Chops

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Place the contents of the pork chop bag in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on a low-heat setting for 6 to 8 hours or on a high-heat setting for 3 to 4 hours. OR Heat the grill to medium. Remove the pork chops from the bag and place them directly on your grill. Grill each side 8-10 minutes, until they read 160 degrees with your meat thermometer.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with baked beans or mashed potatoes.
