Southern Peach Cobbler
We start with a thick, cake-y, bread pudding-like bottom and then top it with loads of tender peaches and a sweet cinnamon oat topping. It will be packaged in a baking pan ready for the oven.
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 days or until completely thawed. Uncover. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 50 to 60 minutes of until bubbly.
Serve with vanilla bean ice cream or whipped cream.
