Sausage Breakfast Pizza

Pizza for breakfast? Of course, our pizza is heaping with sausage, green peppers, onions, scrambled eggs, and CHEESE! What a yummy way to start your day. It will be wrapped in foil.

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Unwrap and place the pizza on a baking sheet. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large skillet melt 1 Tablespoon of butter over a medium heat. Add the contents of the egg bag to the skillet. Cook over a medium heat, without stirring, until the mixture begins to set on the bottom and around the edge. Using a spatula, lift and fold the partially cooked eggs so the uncooked portion flows underneath. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through but still glossy and moist. Spoon atop the pizza. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 5 minutes more.
