Orange Teriyaki Salmon
A tender salmon fillet from 10th & M Seafoods marinated in our homemade orange-teriyaki glaze. It is easy to cook on the grill or in the oven. This is a nice meal you can serve to guests with pride. It will be packaged in foil.
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Heat the grill to medium. Unwrap the salmon, leaving just 1 layer of foil and discarding the remaining foil. With the salmon on the foil, place it on the grill rack. Grill it for 18 to 20 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork and has an internal temperature of 150 degrees with your meat thermometer. OR, place the salmon on a single layer of foil in the oven and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes and internal temperature reaches 150 degrees. Meanwhile place the contents of the glaze bag in a small saucepan and cook until bubbly. Brush the salmon with the glaze the last 5 minutes of the grilling/baking.
