Burgers with Caramelized Onions
Everyone loves our burger collection for summer! These are classic burgers with a slight taste of barbecue sauce and seasonings. You make them special by topping them with sweet, caramelized onions! They include buns and will be packaged in a 9x13 pan. - Gluten Free with substitutions.
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Preheat the grill for indirect cooking. Grill over a medium heat for 20 to 24 minutes, turning once, until the burgers read 160 degrees using your meat thermometer. Meanwhile, heat a small skillet over a medium heat and add 1 Tbsp of oil. Add the contents of the onion bag to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes. Top the onions on the cooked burgers.
Serve them topped with lettuce and fresh tomato slices.
