You're going to love our new fall soup! This creamy pumpkin soup has hint of coconut milk and is packed with chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, onions. Top it with croutons that we include. - Gluten Free with substitutions.

Cooking Instructions:

Southwest Chicken Pumpkin Soup

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Empty the soup package into a large pan and add 3 cups of water (1.5 cups for small). Bring to a boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Serve with croutons.
