Mexican Goulash


Forget Taco Tuesday, let’s have Mexican Monday! This cheesy pasta dish includes ground beef, black beans, onions, tomatoes, corn, and black olives. This one-pot meal will have dinner on the table in 15 minutes!

Cooking Instructions:

Mexican Goulash

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Cook pasta as directed below. Drain the pasta and return it to the pan. Add the contents of the beef package. Add 1/2 cup of water (1/4 cup for splits). Cook and stir the mixture over a low heat until heated through. Top with the cheese. Pasta Bring a saucepan of 3 cups of water (6 cups for 2 bags) and 1/4 teaspoon salt to boil. Reduce heat, add pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes. Drain and serve.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with chips and salsa!
