Mango Lime Shrimp and Rice

Back by popular demand! These shrimp will be swimming in our sassy mango-lime sauce. This is a perfect, light summer dinner that will be served with the sweet rice we include. They will be packaged in a plastic bag. - Gluten Free

Cooking Instructions:

Mango Lime Shrimp and Rice

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Empty the contents of the shrimp mixture into a large skillet. Cook and stir over a medium heat about 6-8 minutes, until cooked through. Meanwhile, boil 4 cups of water (2 cups for small). Add the contents of the rice bag. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and set for 5 minutes before serving.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with a fresh garden salad.
