Tangy Italian Chicken Breasts

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 days or until completely thawed. In an extra large skillet, brown the chicken breasts over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side, turning to brown sides evenly until chicken is no longer pink and reads 165 degrees with your meat thermometer. Remove the chicken from the pan and keep warm. Add the contents of the sauce package and broccoli package. Bring to a boil for approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Add the chicken back to the pan to reheat for about 1 minute.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with a fresh salad.
