Tuscan Shrimp Skewers
Butter-y, garlic-y goodness on a stick! You can cook these shrimp on the grill or in the oven. Serve them over pasta as a main dish, or they make a fun appetizer all on their own. Who doesn't love food on a stick? They will include a vegetable and be packaged in a plastic bag.
Thaw in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 days or until completely thawed. Carefully remove the skewers from the plastic bag. Place six shrimp on each skewer. Grill over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp are heated through, turning once halfway through grilling. OR place skewers in a shallow baking pan. Broil, 4 to 5 inches from the heat source for 4 to 5 minutes or until the shrimp are heated through, turning once halfway through cooking. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, boil 1/2 cups of water (1/4 for splits). Add the contents of the vegetable package. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 7 minutes.
