Sweet and Spicy Ginger Salmon
This salmon from 10th & M Seafoods makes an elegant dish made with honey mustard, ginger, and brown sugar. If you like salmon, you are going to love this. It will be packaged in foil.
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Heat the grill to medium. Unwrap the salmon, leaving just 1 layer of foil and discarding the remaining foil. With the salmon on the foil, place it on the grill rack. Grill it for 6 to 8 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork and has an internal temperature of 150 degrees with your meat thermometer. OR, place the salmon on a single layer of foil in the oven and bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes and internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
