This is a beautiful dish for you seafood lovers. A generous salmon fillet topped with rich, creamy Boursin cheese and garnished with breadcrumbs. It is a snap to cook at home, either bake it or grill it. We only serve wild, Alaska salmon from 10th and M Seafoods. It will be packaged in a foil package. - Gluten Free with substitutions.
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Heat the grill to medium. Unwrap the salmon, leaving just 1 layer of foil and discarding the remaining foil. With the salmon on the foil, place it on the grill rack. Grill it for 20 to 30 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork and has an internal temperature of 150 degrees with your meat thermometer. OR, place the salmon on a single layer of foil in the oven and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes and internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
Serve with your favorite steamed stir-fry vegetables.
