This pork tenderloin is simply sensational! It is nice enough to serve for a Sunday dinner or for company, but simple enough that your kids will eat it too. Our tenderloin will be dressed up with mushrooms, onion, and a homemade gravy that is just peppery and yummy. It will include a vegetable and be packaged in a plastic bag.
Bordelaise Pork Tenderloin

Cooking Instructions:
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Pour 1 cup of water in the baking dish (1/2 cup for splits). Roast, uncovered, in the oven at 425 degrees for 45 minutes, until the pork is 155 degrees using your meat thermometer. Remove the pork loin from the baking dish. Whisk the cooking liquid/sauce until combined. Slice the pork loin and spoon the sauce over to serve. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, boil 1/2 cups of water (1/4 for splits). Add the contents of the vegetable package. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 7 minutes.

Serve with your favorite garlic mashed potatoes.
