White meat chicken tenders coated with sweet coconut! We will include a marmalade dipping sauce that will keep them coming back for more! They will be packaged in a freezer bag. – Gluten Free with substitutions.
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray. Place coconut breading in a bowl. One at a time, press each tender into the coconut mixture, and place on prepared baking sheet. Repeat with all of the tenders. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is 165 degrees using your meat thermometer. Meanwhile, cut a corner of the marmalade bag and squeeze out contents into a bowl to use as a dipping sauce.
