Sweet and sassy and oh-so-good. We start with our traditional focaccia buns from Europa Bakery and load it with piles of turkey and then smeared with a fun spread of mayo, BBQ sauce, cranberry sauce, and seasonings. Just in time for football playoffs!

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 days or until completely thawed. Place the contents of the beef package in a roasting pan, along with 1/2 cups of water (1/4 cup for small). Cook. Cook, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes, until it is 155 degrees with your meat thermometer. OR, Cook it in the slow cooker for 8 to 10 hours on low, or 4 to 5 hours on high.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with hot cooked orzo pasta and sprinkle with feta cheese.
