A loaf of french bread covered in pesto, garlic, and olive oil and topped with shredded mozzarella cheese.
While still wrapped in the foil, place the bread in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Open foil and broil the bread, open-faced for 2-3 minutes more. Slice and serve.
