• Alaska Dinner Factory will draft a charge of $225 or $410 every month until this contract is cancelled. With Standard Membership, you may skip any month, by emailing us before 5 days before your recurring payment occurs.
  • By the 5th of current month, you will go to our website and place an order to choose your meals. Click on the My Account tab and sign in. You can also email your menu choices to us at info@AlaskaDinnerFactory.com and we will reply with a confirmation within two days – if you do not receive the confirmation, please resend or call so you don’t miss the 5th-of-the-month-deadline. Our menus always appear the month before and you are welcome to choose ahead – just make sure to have your order in by the 5th.
  • By the end of that month, ADF will deliver your meals to the Delivery Address listed. We will contact you by email to coordinate a date and time that is agreeable to both parties. If we are unable to contact you by the end of the month, and previous arrangements have not been made, you will forfeit your meals for that month.
  • You may terminate this contract with 10 days written notice before your next recurring payment. Email to info@AlaskaDinnerFactory.com and we will reply with a confirmation within two days – if you do not receive the confirmation, please resend or come in so you don’t miss the 10-days-before-the-recurring-payment deadline.
  • I agree to immediately freeze my meals upon delivery or refrigerate those meals that will be consumed within three days.
  • I agree to always wash my hands prior to preparing and eating food.
  • I agree to follow the cooking instructions as specified for each meal and heat all dinners to the appropriate internal temperature as instructed.
  • Always use a meat thermometer to ensure the correct temperature.
  • I agree to release Alaska Dinner Factory, Inc. from all claims, damages, and causes of action or liabilities, which may arise as a result of my participation, storage, or consumption of Alaska Dinner Factory’s meals.
