Entrée – Choose from: Individual Beef Wellingtons – This is our most requested item and you’ll be proud to be serving this to your sweetheart! There will be two individual Beef Wellingtons that will consist of tender beef tenderloins from Mr. Prime Beef, mushrooms, onion, red wine, bacon, and cheese wrapped in puff pastry.

Boursin Salmon – This is a beautiful dish for you seafood lovers. A generous salmon fillet topped with rich, creamy Boursin cheese and garnished with breadcrumbs. It is a snap to cook at home, either bake it or grill it. We only serve wild, Alaska salmon from 10th and M Seafoods.
Rosemary Cheese Mashed Potatoes – Creamy mashed potatoes, seasoned with rosemary and garlic, will bake right in your oven.
Cranberry Pecan Green Beans – Steamed green beans tossed with butter-sautéed pecans and cranberries.
Chocolate Pate – Finish off your meal with two little heart-shapes of decadent chocolate with a hint of cinnamon and cayenne topped with peanut brittle.
