Sweet-Lime Chicken Tenders
Chicken strips marinated in lime juice, honey, Italian dressing, and spices. They are very tender and cook quickly for a night when you are on the go. The whole family will love them! They will include a vegetable and be packaged in a plastic bag. - Gluten Free.
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Heat a large skillet over a medium-high heat. Add the chicken tenders and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, until the chicken is 165 degrees using your meat thermometer. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, boil 1/2 cups of water (1/4 for splits). Add the contents of the vegetable package. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 7 minutes.
Serve on a salad bed.
