Bleu Cheese London Broil

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Preheat your grill to a medium heat. Remove the steak from the bag and place it directly on the grill. Cook for 10 minutes on each side, until it is 145-155 degrees using your meat thermometer. Remove it from the grill and slice it lengthwise into thin strips. Top with the bleu cheese sauce.
Serve with garlic mashed potatoes.
