Sweet and Sour Shrimp

Stir Fried shrimp, pineapple, onions, and green peppers glazed with our own sweet and sour sauce and served with rice! They will be packaged in a plastic bag. - Gluten Free with substitutions.

Cooking Instructions:

Sweet and Sour Shrimp

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Preheat skillet on medium-high and add veggie bag. Cook and stir 5 minutes. Add shrimp and cook about 5-7 minutes, until all shrimp are pink. Add contents of the pineapple bag and cook over a low heat 4-5 minutes until thickened. Rice - Bring a saucepan of 2 cups of water (4 cups for 2 bags), 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 Tablespoon of butter to boil. Add rice, stir and cover tightly simmering over a low heat for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand covered for about 5 minutes more.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with egg rolls.
