Dijon Pork Tenderloin

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Heat a large skillet over a medium high heat and add 1 Tbsp of oil. Add pork tenderloin and turn every 2 minutes to brown each side. Add the contents of the sauce bag to the skillet. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes, until your meat thermometer reads 155 degrees. Remove pork and allow to set for 5 minutes, then cut into ½” slices and serve over pasta, drizzled with cream sauce.
