Cooking Instructions:
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Place contents of potato package in a slow cooker. Stir in 4 cups of water (2 for small). Cover and cook on a low-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours or on a high-heat setting for 2 to 3 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with shredded cheese, snipped fresh chives, crumbled cooked bacon, and/or sour cream.
