This has been our runaway hit every year! You will get 3 or 6 individual Beef Wellingtons which are made with tender beef tenderloins* from Mr. Prime Beef, mushrooms, onion, red wine, bacon, and cheese wrapped in puff pastry. These will make for an elegant holiday meal as each person gets their own beautifully golden brown puff pastry. They will be wrapped in individual foil packets and in a plastic bag. *Due to the more expensive beef tenderloin, this option is more expensive than our other meals.

Cooking Instructions:
Don’t thaw – otherwise the puff pastry becomes soggy. Cook frozen for best results. Open the foil packets and place them on a baking sheet. For Beef – Bake in a 425-degree oven for 20-30 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and your meat thermometer reads 155 degrees.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with your favorite steamed vegetable and mashed potatoes.
