Bourbon Pork Tenderloin

Cooking Instructions:
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Place the roast in a shallow roasting pan. Roast it in a 325 degree oven for 60-70 minutes, until your meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. Place the remaining marinade and contents of the flour bag in a small saucepan along with 1 cup of water (1/2 cup for small). Cook and stir it until bubbly. Serve it with the sliced roast. OR Heat your grill to a medium heat. Place the roast on a grill rack over a drip pan and cover the roast. Grill it for 50-60 minutes, until your meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, boil 1/2 cups of water (1/4 for small). Add the contents of the vegetable package. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 7 minutes.
