GREAT DINNERS MADE EASY
Eight sweet little chocolate cakes, with a decadent surprise. Fudge-y cake on the outside, bursting molten chocolate on the inside. Best served hot from the oven with a garnish of raspberries or a scoop of coffee or vanilla ice cream. They will be packaged in ramekins in a 9×13 pan.
DO NOT THAW. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Uncover the individual ramekins and leave them in the baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cakes feel firm at the edges. They will appear dipped in the center. Allow them to cool for 10 minutes. Using a knife, loosen the cakes from the sides of the ramekins. Invert them onto dessert plates. Serve immediately.
