“Hail Caesar!”, our Caesar Chicken Wraps will make you shout. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts marinated in a cream Caesar dressing wrapped with sweet pepper strips and cheese. Caesar would have enjoyed these…and we know you will too! They will be packaged in a plastic bag.
Thaw in the refrigerator 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Warm the tortillas, in foil, in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, drain and reserve the marinade. In a large skillet, brown the chicken breasts over a medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes, turning to brown the sides evenly, until they read 165 degrees on your meat thermometer. Remove the chicken from the skillet. Add the reserved marinade to the skillet and bring to a boil. Add the contents of the pepper mixture to the skillet. Cook and stir until the peppers are tender. Slice the chicken into bite-size strips. Divide the mixture among the warmed wraps. Top with the pepper mix and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Fold in the sides of wraps and fold the bottom edge of the wrap rolling up the wrap to enclose the filling.
