We’ve taken salmon fillets and breaded them in breadcrumbs and seasonings that highlight a spicy Cajun flavor – but remember that you can decide how spicy or mild to make them. You cook them at home on the grill or in the oven. This is a tasty way to eat more fish. We only serve wild, Alaska salmon from 10th and M Seafoods. Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Heat the grill to medium. Unwrap the salmon, leaving just 1 layer of foil and discarding the remaining foil. With the salmon on the foil, place it on the grill rack. Grill it for 20 to 30 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork and has an internal temperature of 150 degrees with your meat thermometer. OR, place the salmon on a single layer of foil in the oven and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes and internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
