This one starts sweet and ends spicy – you are going to love it. You start out with a pork tenderloin and make a sweet and sassy glaze. The pepper is put at a range so you can make it very mild or with some extra kick, however you like it! – Gluten Free & AlaskaFit approved meal.
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Place the roast in a shallow roasting pan. Roast it in a 325 degree oven for 60-70 minutes, until your meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. Place the remaining marinade in a small saucepan. Cook and stir it until bubbly. Brush the cooked marinade on the roast during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Serve any remaining marinade it with the sliced roast.
Serve with a tossed green salad.
