Cooking Instructions:
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over a medium heat and add the pork chops. Cook, covered, for 8 to 10 minutes on each side, until they read 160 degrees with your meat thermometer. Remove the chops from the skillet and keep them warm. Add the contents of the corn sauce package in the same skillet. Cook and stir the mixture, bringing it to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until the sauce it thickened and bubbly. Serve the sauce over the pork chops.
