This bread and egg casserole is completely versatile. It can be made with ham and mushrooms or roasted peppers and mushrooms for a vegetarian option. It can be served for breakfast or dinner. You decide what works best for you. It will be packaged in a baking pan ready for the oven.
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Prior to baking, slowly pour the egg mixture over the bread. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean and the center is 160 degrees using your instant read thermometer.
