Honey-Orange Glazed Grilled Pork Loin

Cooking Instructions:
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Place the roast in a shallow roasting pan. Roast it in a 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours, until your meat thermometer reads 155 degrees. Brush the roast generously with half of the honey mixture during the last 15 minutes of roasting. Remove the roast from the oven and cover it loosely with foil, allowing it to stand 10 minutes before slicing. Place the remaining sauce in a small saucepan. Cook and stir it until bubbly. Serve it with the sliced roast. OR Heat your grill to a medium heat. Place the roast on a grill rack over a drip pan and cover the roast. Grill it for 1 1/4 hours, until your meat thermometer reads 155 degrees. Brush the roast generously with half of the honey mixture during the last 15 minutes of roasting. Remove the roast from the oven and cover it loosely with foil, allowing it to stand 10 minutes before slicing. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, boil 1/2 cups of water (1/4 for small). Add the contents of the vegetable package. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 7 minutes.
