This Jamaican Jerk seasoned pork roast is quite versatile. We recommend you shred it after cooking it in the slow cooker and serve it on buns (which are included). However, you could also serve it as a roast for a more formal feel. Either way, you can’t lose. It will be packaged in a plastic bag.

Cooking Instructions:
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Transfer the meat to a slow cooker. Add 1/2 cup water (1/4 cup for splits). Cover and cook on a low-heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on a high-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours. Remove the meat from the cooker, reserving the juices. Shred the meat, discarding the fat. Skim any fat from the juices. Add enough of the juice to moisten the meat (about 1/2 cup). To serve, use a slotted spoon to place the pork mixture onto buns and top with cheese.
