Cooking Instructions:
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Cook the pasta as directed. Meanwhile, massage the chicken bag. Heat a skillet over a medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and use a fork to place each chicken tender in the pan. Discard the remaining contents. Cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Add the contents of the sauce package and cook 2-3 minutes. Serve over the hot cooked pasta.
