Pepper Steak in Creamy Brandy Sauce

You’ll love the flavor of this pepper steak! Beef strips, bell peppers, and onions are combined with a light cream sauce that includes a splash of brandy. It cooks up in no time so you can enjoy the rest of your evening. It will include pasta and will be packaged in a plastic bag. – Gluten Free with substitutions.

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Cook the pasta as directed. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the contents of the pepper bag over a medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Add the beef strips and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the beef is browned. Stir in the contents of the cream bag. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Serve over the hot cooked pasta.
