Cooking Instructions:
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Place the contents of the beef package into a slow cooker. Stir in 2 cups of water (1 cup for small). Cover and cook on the low-heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on the high-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours or until pork is tender. OR place roast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Roast covered in a 325 degree F oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until the pork is tender and reads 155 degrees on your meat thermometer. Meanwhile, empty contents of the pineapple mixture into a small saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through. Place sauce in a serving bowl and serve with roast.
