You’ll start with fresh ground beef from Mr. Prime Beef to make Salisbury steak patties that bake up easily in your oven. They are drenched in mushroom gravy and served over pasta that is provided. It will be packaged in a 9×13 pan.

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Uncover and remove the gravy package. Bake the patties, uncovered, in a 350-degree oven for 30 minutes. Flip the patties, add the contents of the gravy package, and cover the pan with foil. Return to the oven and continue to bake 30 minutes, until the centers read 155 degrees with your meat thermometer. Meanwhile, cook the pasta as directed and serve the patties and gravy over the pasta. Pasta Bring a saucepan of 3 cups of water (6 cups for 2 bags) and 1/4 teaspoon salt to boil. Reduce heat, add pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes. Drain and serve.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with hot cooked pasta or mashed potatoes.
