Cooking Instructions:
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Place the contents of the pork roast bag into your slow cooker. Add 1/2 cup of water (1/4 cup for splits). Cover and cook on a low-heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on a high-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours. Using 2 forks, shred the meat in the cooker into large pieces. Warm the tortillas, in foil, in a 350-degree oven for 10 minutes. To serve, spoon the pork mixture into the warm tortillas and top with shredded cheese.
