Cooking Instructions:
Heat a large skillet to a low-medium heat and add cooking spray. Empty the contents of the liquid eggs. Allow the eggs to begin to set, then scramble until cooked, and remove from pan. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to your pan and place contents of Quinoa/Rice & Vegetable bag into the pan. Cook about 4-5 minutes over medium/high heat until any extra liquid is simmered off. Add your eggs, stir until mixed throughout, plate & serve.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with egg rolls or spring rolls.
