We start with beef strips and mix them up with broccoli, carrots, onions, bell pepper strips, and mushrooms. Then we drench all that with a tangy sauce that includes orange juice, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, and other spices and seasonings and serve it over rice that we include.
