Delicious beef and corn enchiladas with a twist: a creamy chili sauce replaces the traditional red sauce and gives this dish pizzazz! You can adjust the spiciness to suit your family’s taste. It will be packaged in a baking pan ready for the oven.
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Bake covered with foil in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 to 20 minutes more or until edges are bubbly and center is heated through.
Serve with Mexican rice, sour cream, and salsa.
