Cooking Instructions:
Thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or until completely thawed. Preheat the grill for indirect cooking. Grill over a medium heat for 20 to 24 minutes, turning once, until the burgers read 160 degrees using your meat thermometer.

Serve them topped with sliced red onion and fresh tomato slices.
